Incorrect Payment Amount

If a customer sends an amount that differs from the required order total, the transaction may not process correctly. In cases where the transaction can be located in the company wallet history, the customer may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 80% of the transferred amount, excluding applicable fees. This partial refund is not guaranteed and depends on whether the transaction can be identified.

Customers should always verify both the wallet address and payment amount before confirming any cryptocurrency transaction.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating fraudulent or abusive chargebacks in an attempt to recover funds after receiving a product may be considered misuse of payment systems.

If a chargeback is determined to be unjustified or abusive:

  • The dispute may be contested by Aspi™
  • The customer account may be permanently restricted
  • Access to future purchases or platform services may be revoked

Users are strongly encouraged to contact customer support before initiating any payment disputes.

7. Final Refund Authority

All refund decisions ultimately remain at the sole discretion of Aspi™ management. Unless explicitly approved by an authorized representative of the Company, refunds are generally not provided under any circumstances.
